Job Description

This role combines apartment leasing coordination and social media management for a real estate business.

As a Real Estate Leasing and Social Media Coordinator, you will be the primary point of contact for prospective tenants, schedule apartment showings, follow up with tenants, and respond to inquiries via phone, email, and other channels.

  • Leasing Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for prospective tenants, schedule apartment showings, follow up with tenants, and respond to inquiries via phone, email, and other channels.
  • Social Media Management: Manage and update social media accounts with relevant content, create engaging posts, monitor engagement, and respond to comments or inquiries.

The ideal candidate will have excellent English communication skills, strong organizational skills, proficiency in Excel and basic computer programs, and the ability to work independently.

Requirements
  • Excellent English accent for clear and professional communication.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Excel and basic computer programs (Google Docs, Microsoft Office, etc.).
  • Comfortable working remotely and handling tasks independently.
  • Experience with social media platforms is a plus.
  • Prior experience in real estate leasing or property management is a bonus but not required.
