Job Profile

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Planning Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our financial planning department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and supporting the development of personalized financial plans.

Main Responsibilities
  • Monitor client investment portfolios to ensure alignment with recommended asset allocation.
  • Prepare recommendations for advisers on portfolio adjustments and maintain records of advice.
  • Develop and deliver quarterly/annual client performance reports.
  • Design and implement SMSF investment strategies.
  • Liaise with product providers and investment platforms.
  • Update and maintain client Work in Progress logs and CRM tools.
  • Reconcile fees and commissions.
  • Promote excellent communication with clients regarding administration support.

Key Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Australian financial planning.
  • Experience in portfolio management and investments.
  • Skills in preparing client portfolio reports.

  • Xplan experience is advantageous.
