Project Leader, Global Development

As a Project Leader, Global Development, you will play a key role in overseeing projects at our customer experience centers. You will be the primary liaison and point of contact for Learning & Development, responsible for building, managing, and maintaining project documentation on a global scale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop project plans, establish deadlines, assign responsibilities, conduct due diligence, and gather materials as required.
  • Partner with internal teams, senior executive level partners, and external clients and vendors to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Communicate and document program requirements and status to stakeholders, including clients, internal team members, and other partners.
  • Support the deployment, promotion, and achievement of departmental and corporate strategy, business goals, and objectives.
  • Identify risks and mitigation strategies, escalating when necessary.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 2+ years' experience in a project management role leading the deployment of medium to large-scale global projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to facilitate meetings and effectively complete project plans and deliverables for client-facing, senior, and executive level management.
  • Experience with project management software, word processing applications (MS Office), spreadsheet software (Excel), and flowcharting applications (Visio).

International Travel Requirement:

25% of your time may require international travel, requiring a valid passport and willingness to travel internationally.
