ERP Implementation Leader

This position oversees the rollout of a unified ERP solution for EMEA's account to report scope.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the implementation of the account to report scope of the ERP system for the EMEA region.
  • Ensure all requirements are accurately captured and relevant business processes are identified.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of the ERP implementation.
  • Educate teams on the benefits of the new global ERP system and facilitate a smooth transition.
  • Engage with stakeholders to prepare them and their teams for the ERP implementation, including Business Unit Finance team, FP&A team, Global functions and corporate finance team.
  • Have in-depth knowledge of the new design to effectively communicate new ways of working.
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of EMEA nuances to drive an assessment of statutory and tax required process adaptations.
Requirements:
  • 6-8 years of experience in account to report.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in finance, accounting, or related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure to meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
