Job Summary

The Senior Global Project Manager plays a pivotal role in driving business transformation and operational excellence across global functions. Delivering complex, multi-country projects is a key responsibility.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the end-to-end management of large-scale, cross-border projects ensuring timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, resource allocations, and budgets.
  • Drive execution excellence by adhering to project management frameworks, tools, and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
  • Serve as primary point of contact for global stakeholders including executives, regional leaders, and external partners.
  • Conduct regular governance meetings and provide transparent project reporting.
  • Manage change requests, scope adjustments, and ensure alignment with evolving business priorities.
  • Proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies and implement mitigation and contingency plans.
  • Ensure compliance with global regulatory requirements, organizational standards, and industry best practices.
  • Lead and mentor cross-functional, multicultural project teams across geographies.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation within project teams.
