Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Trainer. This role offers the chance to develop and deliver training programs that equip staff with fundamental skills and knowledge.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to facilitate multi-week transmission and blended type new hire training & nesting. They should also be able to supervise and coach learners in nesting & BQM type environments.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a professional who wants to make a real impact on our business. As a Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering and evaluating soft & technical skills training on all aspects of client training. You will create, facilitate and/or revise training materials and documents to equip staff with fundamental skills and knowledge.

You will also oversee new hire progression and enhancement training, provide feedback and implement appropriate solutions, and coach and give feedback to trainees to help them fulfill performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver and evaluate soft & technical skills training on all aspects of client training
  • Create, facilitate and/or revise training materials and documents
  • Facilitate multi-week transmission and blended type new hire training & nesting
  • Supervise and coach learners in nesting & BQM type environments
  • Oversee new hire progression and enhancement training
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's degree in any field (Major in Education or Communication preferred), at least 2 years of work experience as a trainer, excellent working knowledge on Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook), strong English verbal and written communication skills, and strategic in developing solutions and process improvements.
