Teleperformance is seeking a motivated and experienced Training Team Lead to join their dynamic team in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of training specialists, ensuring the successful onboarding and continuous learning of Teleperformance's valued employees.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee a team of training specialists, providing guidance, support and performance feedback.

  • Design and deliver engaging training programs that effectively prepare new hires for their roles in the healthcare BPO industry.

  • Continuously evaluate and improve training materials and methods to enhance the learning experience.

  • Collaborate with department heads and subject matter experts to identify and address training needs.

  • Monitor training effectiveness and KPIs, making data-driven decisions to optimize the training process.

  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages knowledge sharing and professional development.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a training or team lead role, preferably within the healthcare BPO industry.

  • Strong knowledge of training methodologies and adult learning principles.

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate trainees.

  • Proficient in data analysis and the use of training management tools.

  • Demonstrated leadership and coaching skills, with a talent for developing high-performing teams.

  • Flexible and adaptable, able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
