We are seeking a skilled Beauty Specialist to join our team. As a Beauty Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and expert advice on skincare, makeup, and beauty products to clients.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal, and be able to work well in a team environment. They will also have a strong interest in beauty and personal care, with the ability to continuously enhance their knowledge of the latest beauty trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with product selection and offer expert advice on beauty and skincare routines.
  • Demonstrate makeup application techniques and suggest suitable products to meet customers' needs.
  • Ensure the store's beauty counter is always neat, organized, and fully stocked.
  • Participate in product trainings and continuously enhance knowledge of the latest beauty trends.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and create a positive shopping experience.
  • Maintain good personal hygiene and represent the brand image with a polished and well-groomed appearance.

Qualifications:

  • Senior High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Makeup application experience is required.
  • Experience in retail, hospitality, BPO, or banking/insurance is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal.
  • Ability to work well in a team and handle multiple customer interactions efficiently.
  • Strong interest in beauty and personal care.
  • Willingness to work in a retail environment and accept multiple store assignments.
  • Trainable with a go-getter attitude.
  • Professional appearance, including good skin and dental hygiene.
