Training Professional

We are seeking a skilled Training Professional to deliver and facilitate training programs effectively. This role involves working closely with teams to develop training content, conduct needs assessments, and monitor agent performance.

The ideal candidate will have experience in training and development, preferably in a call center setting. They should possess strong skills in data management, presentation, coaching, communication, and instructional techniques.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the knowledge and skills of new hires and existing employees.
  • Conduct training needs assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted solutions.
  • Maintain accurate training records and documentation for audits.
  • Participate in program evaluation and report compilation to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Support the development of training processes and materials to improve learning outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • College graduate or equivalent.
  • 6 months to 1 year experience in training and development, preferably in a call center setting.
  • Strong skills in data management, presentation, coaching, communication, and instructional techniques.
