Job Title: Learning Facilitator

At our organization, we seek a highly skilled and experienced Learning Facilitator to join our team.

This role involves designing and delivering training programs that cater to the needs of our clients. As a key member of our training department, you will be responsible for creating engaging learning materials, conducting workshops, and providing coaching and developmental feedback to trainees.

  • The ideal candidate should have a strong background in adult learning methodologies and possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • They should also be proficient in Microsoft Office and have experience with instructional design tools.
  • A bachelor's degree in a related field from a four-year college or university is preferred, along with two to four years of relevant experience.
  • Additionally, the candidate should demonstrate a proven track record in training methodologies and soft skills, such as time management, team building, and critical thinking.
Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver training programs that meet client needs, using various instructional delivery methods.
  • Develop and implement effective training strategies, incorporating adult learning principles and creative techniques.
  • Collaborate with the Training Manager to create a comprehensive training curriculum, ensuring it meets business requirements and industry standards.
  • Evaluate the performance of trainees and provide actionable feedback to improve their skills and competencies.
  • Maintain current product knowledge and stay up-to-date with industry developments to inform training content.
  • Ensure seamless communication with managers, peers, and other resource groups to facilitate smooth workflow and collaboration.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field from a four-year college or university, with two to four years of relevant experience.
  • Proven experience in training methodologies and soft skills, including time management, team building, and critical thinking.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality output.
