About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled business analyst to drive strategy, insights, and growth across our specialty insurance space.

  • Uncover market opportunities and whitespace through territory intelligence analysis.
  • Powers targeted marketing campaigns and sales outreach with data-backed insights.
  • Built dashboards and analytics to track pipeline health, performance KPIs, and early deal risk.
  • Optimized lead routing and engagement using platforms like Salesforce.
  • Predicted underwriting success by analyzing submission patterns.
  • Supported broker engagement strategies and monitored satisfaction metrics.
  • Provided expert guidance on GTM tools such as 6sense, Outreach, and UserGems.
Your Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • 3-5 years of experience in GTM, RevOps, BI, or similar roles.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, SQL, Power BI, and Excel.
  • Experience with marketing intent tools and sales engagement platforms.
  • Excellent storytelling and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Knowledge of insurance, MGA, or broker-led distribution.
  • Familiarity with underwriting workflows or submission quality analytics.
