About the Position

We're seeking a detail-driven Marketing Analyst to drive data-informed decision-making and optimize customer journey metrics.

Main Responsibilities
  • Establish full-funnel tracking from ad click to sign-up to retention, providing actionable insights for growth opportunities.
  • Create and maintain dashboards highlighting conversion rates, drop-off points, and cohort behavior.
  • Collaborate with growth and product teams to recommend A/B tests and UX improvements, informing strategic business decisions.
  • Analyze paid media and content campaign performance across channels, identifying areas for optimization.
  • Break down creative effectiveness by format, hook, CTA, and audience segment, surfacing key findings for improvement.
  • Present actionable recommendations on successful initiatives and areas for iteration.
  • Monitor competitor strategies, ad libraries, landing pages, messaging, and offers, staying ahead of market trends.
  • Compile and present intelligence driving positioning, messaging, and creative tests, shaping business strategy.
  • Develop weekly/monthly marketing performance reports with high-level summaries and in-depth analysis.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration connecting marketing metrics with product, sales, and lifecycle KPIs.
  • Contribute to building forecasting models and identifying underperforming segments, enhancing business agility.
