Business Analyst

Business Analyst will assist in identifying areas for improvement/enhancement of existing and new systems to be developed. The Business Analyst assists the Senior Business Analyst in the data gathering and implementation of business improvement projects.

He/She is responsible for:

  • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify and document business needs, objectives, and requirements

  • Conducting interviews, workshops, and surveys to gather information and clarify requirements.

  • Analyzing and prioritizing requirements, ensuring they are feasible, measurable, and aligned with business goals.

  • Using various techniques, such as use case modeling or user stories, to capture and communicate requirements effectively.

  • Analyzing current business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.

  • Documenting and mapping business processes using techniques such as process flow diagrams.

  • Identifying opportunities for automation, standardization, or optimization of processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Collaborating with stakeholders to design and implement improved business processes.

  • Leading user acceptance testing (UAT) and providing guidance and support during system deployments in the absence of a Senior Business Analyst.

  • Helping the Sr. Business Analyst in assessing available solutions, tools, and technologies to meet business requirements.

  • Developing User's Manual and Operations Manual
