Job Summary:

The Business Process Analyst is responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and developing strategic solutions to support business objectives. This role collaborates with stakeholders to gather and document requirements, perform as-is and to-be analyses, and ensure the successful implementation of systems and process enhancements. Strong communication, analytical, and documentation skills are critical for translating business needs into actionable insights and system functionalities.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct as-is analysis to assess current business processes and systems.
  • Design to-be processes that align with business goals and drive efficiencies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather business requirements.
  • Develop clear and detailed functional specifications and documentation.
  • Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units.
  • Support project coordination activities and assist in Agile project environments.
  • Perform data analysis to support decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Propose and help implement innovative solutions to address business challenges.


Requirements Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, or any related course
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst
  • Proven track record of implementing systems in medium to large-scale projects
  • Experience in Agile Project Management
  • Proficient in conducting as-is and to-be business process analyses
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong documentation and requirements analysis abilities
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
