Financial Planning Analyst
  • Collaborate with various business units to develop and execute annual property-wide strategic plans.
  • Provide actionable reports to measure performance, highlighting trends and comparing against industry standards and benchmarks.
  • Execute regular ad-hoc analyses and presentations requested by senior leaders.
  • Ensure timely and accurate production of the daily financial report (P&L statement).
  • Perform month-end reconciliation reports and investigate variances against audited data.
  • Analyze and review capital requisitions against budget and company policies.
  • Develop market research reports to measure financial and operational metrics against local and foreign industry peers.
  • Review internal reporting processes and implement enhancements or upgrades.
  • Provide expert knowledge and technical support within the team and other departments.
Requirements

Experience Required

At least 1 - 2 years of progressive experience in Financial Planning and Analysis.

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
  • Proven experience in program and database development, and IT systems management is an advantage.
  • Strong interest in database management systems (e.g., SQL), financial reporting tools, and new technologies and methods.
  • Excellent communication skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and communicate complex information.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and integrity.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint skills.
