Hiring Manager Assistant

Spiralyze, a US-based data-driven A/B testing company, is seeking an Associate Recruiter to join their team. As an Associate Recruiter, you will be responsible for attracting, identifying, and hiring top talent.
Main Responsibilities:
- Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Assist in creating and posting job advertisements.
- Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Enthusiasm: Excited to ask questions and learn more about people and their experiences.
- Presentation: Represent Spiralyze professionally to prospective hires and help get people excited about opportunities at Spiralyze.
- Quick Learner: Understand what Spiralyze does and how various roles work and communicate that clearly to candidates.
- Attention to Detail: Recognize the importance of detail when reviewing resumes and correspondence with candidates.
- Organization: Keep track of various candidates for multiple roles (i.e., their status, resumes, interview notes, assessments, etc.).
