Workday Benefits Consultant Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Certified Benefits Consultant to join our team. As a Workday Certified Benefits Consultant, you will be responsible for providing strategic support for client Workday technology by delivering innovative ideas and effective solutions.

This role is ideal for someone with a passion for partnership and engagement, who can drive value to clients by becoming a strategic partner to maximize the effectiveness of their systems.

The successful candidate will have expertise in the Workday HCM product suite, with deep experience in U.S. Benefits. They will lead deployment teams, design and configure the Workday solution, assist in testing, and complete knowledge transfer to clients.

  • Expertise in Workday HCM product suite
  • Lead deployment teams and coach others to successfully gather and document client business requirements, design and configure Workday solution, demonstrate configurations, assist in testing, and complete knowledge transfer
  • Mentor new consultants and serve as a professional role model
  • Foster the development of other Consultants by sharing expertise
