Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday professional to join our team as a Benefits Consultant.

This role involves providing strategic support to clients by delivering innovative ideas and effective solutions using the Workday HCM product suite.

The successful candidate will have expertise in the Workday HCM product suite, with a deep understanding of U.S. benefits, including configuration and implementation of HCM/Benefits Solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead deployment teams or coach others to gather and document client business requirements, design and configure Workday solutions, demonstrate configurations through prototype systems, assist in testing, and complete knowledge transfer.
  • Work with client/data conversion team to convert legacy data into Workday.
  • Configure and test integrations between Workday and third-party or custom solutions.
  • Mentor new consultants and serve as a professional role model, coaching others on product knowledge.
  • Communicate clearly and concisely, collaborate effectively, and facilitate clients' intellectual and practical adoption of Workday best practices.
  • Ensure ongoing satisfaction, maintain clients' referenceability, and provide regular status reports to project managers.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Current Workday Benefits Certification.
  • 4+ years configuring and implementing HCM/Benefits Solutions.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Previous consulting experience with a software company.
  • Experience deploying Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP, Ultimate, or similar applications.
  • Demonstrated project management experience.
  • Functional experience in HCM/Benefits areas.
  • Ability to manage against timelines and goals, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and business analysis abilities.
