Help us find a Mandarin Language Customer Support Associate who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide multichannel support in Mandarin to address customer inquiries and issues related to our products.
  • Respond promptly and accurately to customer needs with a high first response time, issue resolution rate, and CSAT score.
  • Escalate complex issues to colleagues and the engineering team as needed and exercise judgment on user errors, training needs, product defects, and feature requests.
  • Engage customers with empathy and professionalism at all times.
  • Collaborate in initiatives driving company growth such as assisting junior representatives, product testing, recommending new products, etc.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years experience in a similar customer support role.
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English both verbal and written for effective communication with global teams and customers.
  • Phone support experience.
  • Experience using help desk software and remote support tools.
  • Willingness to work in the US time zone.
  • High-speed internet connection (at least 50 Mbps).
  • Occasional in-person meetings in Metro Manila.
