
Multilingual Customer Experience Representative

Help us find a Mandarin Language Customer Support Associate who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Provide multichannel support in Mandarin to address customer inquiries and issues related to our products.
- Respond promptly and accurately to customer needs with a high first response time, issue resolution rate, and CSAT score.
- Escalate complex issues to colleagues and the engineering team as needed and exercise judgment on user errors, training needs, product defects, and feature requests.
- Engage customers with empathy and professionalism at all times.
- Collaborate in initiatives driving company growth such as assisting junior representatives, product testing, recommending new products, etc.
- 1-3 years experience in a similar customer support role.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English both verbal and written for effective communication with global teams and customers.
- Phone support experience.
- Experience using help desk software and remote support tools.
- Willingness to work in the US time zone.
- High-speed internet connection (at least 50 Mbps).
- Occasional in-person meetings in Metro Manila.
