Job Title: Customer Experience Representative

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients. Your primary objective will be to provide timely and accurate solutions to customer inquiries, ensuring that every interaction is a positive one.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide world-class customer service via phone, email, or live chat support
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a prompt and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to resolve complex customer issues
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and implement process improvements
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first call resolution, handling time, and quality assurance scores

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
