Job Title: Customer Experience Representative

Responsibilities:

  • Provide world-class customer service via phone, email, or live chat support

  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first call resolution, handling time, and quality assurance scores

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
