Customer Service Representative

  3. CAN adapt quickly to changing software systems, staying tech-savvy in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Has excellent time management skills, adhering to strict schedule requirements and meeting productivity expectations.
  5. Requires a quiet workspace for uninterrupted focus and confidentiality.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 12+ months of contact center experience, preferably within the last 2 years.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English, with B2 language proficiency.
  • At least 1 year of work experience in Spanish Bilingual roles in BPO or customer service industries.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, especially Salesforce experience is a plus.
  • Ability to see, talk, and hear in order to communicate with others effectively.
  • Must be able to sit and/or stand for prolonged periods during an 8-hour shift.
