Our company is seeking a highly skilled Representative to join our Customer Service Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and managing accounts while supporting sales efforts.

About the Job

The Senior Representative, Customer Service Operations will work directly with customers to strengthen operational performance, enhance existing customer relationships, and assist with prospecting new business opportunities.

You will be responsible for:

  • Providing outstanding customer service and supporting improvements in operational execution
  • Managing customer account activity, including order fulfillment, backorders/substitutes, product change requests, and coordinating customer questions/issues
  • Collecting and reviewing customer feedback, complaints, recalls, and product returns, working closely with Quality and Regulatory teams
  • Identifying customer trends and challenges/opportunities to develop potential alternatives to support business, operational efficiency, and develop new customer opportunities

This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently within established procedures. You may provide general guidance or technical assistance to less experienced team members.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A completed at least 2 years in college or SHS graduate
  • Experience in US Healthcare operations
  • At least 2 years of experience in doing Insurance Verification or Prior Authorization
