Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with controllers to implement effective month-end closing procedures.
  • Oversee payroll, accounts payable, and other key accounting functions within the holding company.
  • Support annual tax filings, audits, and purchase price accounting during M&A activities.
  • Develop scalable accounting policies and processes for a rapidly growing organization.
Requirements:
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is mandatory.
  • Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and independent decision-making abilities are essential.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and tools is required.
  • A self-motivated individual comfortable working in a dynamic environment with evolving policies.
Experience:
  • At least 4 years of experience in accounting leadership roles, preferably with exposure to mergers and acquisitions.
  • Proven track record of managing multi-entity financial reporting and fast-paced growth environments.
  • Background in acquisitive companies is highly desirable.
