As a forward-thinking and ambitious Finance Leader, you will be responsible for driving the financial strategy and growth of our organization.

We are seeking a highly motivated and commercially savvy individual to lead our finance team and provide strategic support to our CFO and senior management team. This role requires ensuring the financial integrity of our finance function, developing business planning, financial control, and reporting to maximize efficiency and growth opportunities.

This position would suit a proactive and results-driven finance professional who excels in taking a leading role in a fast-growing organization. Previous experience in a high-growth company is beneficial.

Responsibilities:


• Lead the finance team to deliver accurate and regular management information to the Board and departments.


• Develop and evolve our financial reporting processes and business systems.


• Support the MD and the company in budgetary planning and forecasting processes.


• Ensure proper execution of all financial accounting and administration functions, internal controls, and reconciliations.


• Produce and interpret management accounts.


• Ensure a smooth year-end audit.


• Generate and maintain cash flow and budgeting requirements for the group.


• Ensure compliance with all tax and statutory matters.


• Financial planning (forecasting and budgeting).


• Reporting of budget variances and cost control.


• Training & mentoring.

Requirements:


• An accounting qualification, such as ACA/ACCA or CIMA.


• 5-7 years post-qualification experience in a financial management role.


• Strong proficiency in financial software and databases.


• Experience working with financial forecasting software is advantageous.
