Senior Financial Planning Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Planning Analyst to join our finance team. As a key partner to senior finance leaders, you will drive financial performance, champion digital innovation, and influence strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead critical initiatives in financial planning, business partnership, and process innovation to drive strategic decision-making and operational excellence.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive financial models, forecasts, and budgets that align with business goals.
  • Provide data-driven insights and actionable recommendations to inform key business decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate financial insights into broader business strategies.
  • Design and implement automation solutions to streamline recurring FP&A processes.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Substantial experience in FP&A or financial analysis.
  • Strong expertise in P&L management, forecasting, and financial modeling.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Hyperion Financial Management, SmartView, and Oracle Planning EPM.
