Strategic Finance Leader

This is an exciting opportunity to spearhead a cutting-edge financial infrastructure for multiple education businesses. As a strategic finance leader, you will be responsible for designing and implementing a streamlined, AI-powered financial ecosystem that fuels growth and scalability.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in finance leadership positions, with a proven track record of executive-level engagement and expertise in US GAAP and integrated financial reporting. Strong knowledge of ERP platforms, particularly NetSuite, is also essential. Additionally, the candidate should have successfully managed or participated in at least 5 external audits with Big 4 accounting firms.

The role requires superior written and verbal communication skills in English, capable of effective executive-level engagement. The successful candidate will be based within UTC-8 to UTC+3 time zones.

Key responsibilities include crafting and evolving an AI-integrated financial ecosystem, authoring strategic design decisions, providing expert feedback on deep dives and improvement plans, engaging in strategic discussions, and orchestrating seamless large-scale financial operations.

This is a full-time position requiring long-term commitment. Compensation will be provided at $200 USD/hour, equating to $400,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. Payment will be made weekly.
