
Senior E-commerce Growth Leader

We are seeking a seasoned e-commerce strategist to join our team. This is a key leadership role where you will be responsible for designing and executing high-level growth strategies across early-stage and scaling e-commerce businesses.
In this role, you will take ownership of diagnosing opportunities, creating integrated roadmaps, and guiding teams to deliver measurable results. You will act as both a strategist and an orchestrator—identifying untapped opportunities, prioritizing initiatives across channels, and mobilizing internal specialists and external partners to execute with precision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth audits of client performance to identify growth opportunities across acquisition, conversion, and retention.
- Design strategic growth roadmaps that integrate SEO, CRO, paid media, email, social media, and emerging channels, tailored to each brand's stage and goals.
- Lead the execution of initiatives, working collaboratively with internal specialists, external agencies, and client stakeholders.
- Leverage Shopify expertise to optimize site performance, conversion flows, and customer experiences.
- Implement and manage data tracking frameworks to ensure accurate measurement and actionable insights.
- Monitor performance KPIs, diagnose areas for optimization, and recommend pivots backed by data.
- Translate findings into clear, executive-level recommendations, balancing tactical wins with long-term strategic vision.
- Act as a thought leader, keeping brands competitive by staying ahead of platform changes, market trends, and innovative tools.
