About the Role
  • Engage with clients to resolve inquiries and complaints regarding their products and services, ensuring timely and professional support.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to address customer needs, prioritizing effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Monitor and track issues, document progress, and deliver resolutions that meet internal and external expectations.
  • Evaluate opportunities for process improvement, striving to provide superior service and enhance overall client satisfaction.
Requirements
  • A genuine interest in helping Boldr grow and achieve its purpose.
  • A bachelor's degree in any field.
  • At least three years of experience in customer service, preferably with SaaS products.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based applications and MS Office tools.
  • Excellent reading comprehension, verbal, and written communication skills.
