Role Overview:

Our cosmetics brand is seeking a proactive Audience Engagement Specialist to grow our online presence and foster deeper connections with our audience. This hybrid role combines social media community management with SEO-driven initiatives to drive traffic to our website, Amazon storefront, and social channels. We're looking for someone with hands-on beauty industry experience who can balance strategy with execution to increase visibility and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Grow and manage our Facebook community and actively engage in beauty-related groups.
  • Craft compelling content that builds community engagement and directs traffic organically.
  • Implement SEO initiatives, including link-building, keyword targeting, and content optimization.
  • Research and purchase relevant, high-quality backlinks in the cosmetics niche.
  • Engage with beauty forums and online communities to expand brand awareness.
  • Respond promptly to comments, messages, and conversations across all platforms.
  • Create content calendars and posting schedules aligned with brand goals.
  • Measure and analyze traffic, engagement, and conversion data to improve performance.
  • Work with internal teams to align campaigns with business objectives.
  • Research beauty trends, popular hashtags, and emerging topics.
  • Ensure a consistent tone and brand presence across channels.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 2–3 years of combined SEO and social media marketing experience.
  • Background in cosmetics, skincare, or beauty preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Facebook group/community engagement.
  • Proficiency with SEO strategies, keyword research, and analytics tools.
  • Familiarity with Amazon and e-commerce marketing.
  • Strong English writing and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage projects independently with minimal supervision.
  • Experience with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and social media tools.

Preferred Skills:

  • Beauty/cosmetics brand marketing expertise.
  • Influencer collaboration and outreach skills.
  • Familiarity with WordPress, email campaigns, and content design tools.
  • Understanding of organic e-commerce growth strategies.

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday, 10 AM – 3 PM EST (5 hours per day).
  • Must be available for collaboration during these times.
