
Strategic Client Engagement Manager

Drive engagement success and people management by collaborating with global delivery teams.
Responsibilities- Identify and assign project resources to client engagements in collaboration with consulting operations.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders through partnership, cooperation, and trust.
- Manage projects where required, overseeing concurrent client projects while identifying risk, escalations, and issue resolution.
- Mentor staff in Agile methodologies and best practices in project management to enhance project delivery.
- Provide teams with clear understanding of responsibilities, accountabilities, and growth plans by communicating and managing work assignments, training, and performance appraisals.
- 5+ years demonstrated client relationship skills and experience setting and managing client expectations.
- Strong verbal and writing skills with ability to communicate effectively up to executive levels.
- Extensive experience aligning diverse teams across multiple locations to deliver projects in alignment with project commitments.
- Demonstrated experience in Agile best practices and delivery methodologies.
