The role of an Insurance Processor involves a deep understanding of property and casualty insurance. They serve as a liaison between vendors and their insurance agents, facilitating the processing of insurance documentation and other client-specific requests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze, index, and process various documents related to insurance, corporate, and licenses.
  • Nurture relationships with vendors and insurance agents through regular communication via phone and email.
  • Maintain Service Level Agreements for assigned tickets regarding customer inquiries to meet internal and external metrics.
  • Participate in product testing to ensure the integrity of the application used for processing.
  • Collaborate on initiatives to enhance vendor approval metrics by prospecting for Credential Key Program participants.
  • Meet productivity and quality Key Performance Indicator (KPI) metrics.
  • Document vendor account records by providing clear updates on transactions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Knowledge of property and casualty insurance is mandatory.
  • Credential Key Program experience is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail is necessary.
  • Effective organizational skills are required to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook is required.
  • Able to adapt to new processes and tools in a fast-paced environment.
