About the role

As a LIFE Planner at AIA Life Insurance, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the financial wellbeing of our clients. In this full-time role based in Cebu City, Cebu, you will provide expert financial planning and insurance advice to help our customers achieve their long-term goals.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop tailored financial plans for individual and business clients
  • Recommend appropriate life insurance, investment, and retirement solutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular reviews and check-ins
  • Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, products, and best practices
  • Collaborate with a team of experienced financial professionals to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Contribute to the growth and success of the AIA Life Insurance business in Cebu

What we're looking for

  • Strong background in financial planning and life insurance, with 3+ years of relevant industry experience
  • Proficiency in financial analysis, investment portfolio management, and risk assessment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with clients
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering customer satisfaction
