Job Purpose
To identify, pursue, and develop potential markets, partners, and channels of distribution for Motorcycle Retail products.
Roles and Responsibilities
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT:
- Grows and develops assigned Motorcycle accounts and/or programs.
- Meets the annual sales target of assigned Motorcycle accounts and/or programs (in terms of sales amount and number of enrollments).
- Identifies unmet insurance needs of assigned Motorcycle accounts and provides inputs for the development of products that would meet these needs, in coordination with subject matter experts within the organization.
- Cross-sells and up-sells appropriate Pioneer products to existing Motorcycle accounts/clients, in coordination with subject matter experts within the organization.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of bachelor's degree course preferably business administration or management
- Min. of 3 years in Insurance Sales/B2B Sales
- Min. of 3 years in creating business plans and go-to-market strategies to capture potential markets and develop channels of distribution; Can deal with ambiguity and effectively cope with change
- Background in Marketing is preferred
- The position will be based in CEBU CITY; must be willing to relocate
