Job Description

We're looking for a Customer Service Specialist to interact with clients, address their inquiries and resolve complaints. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to provide timely and professional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide accurate information to clients with empathy and professionalism.
  • Track and document issues to ensure proper prioritization, tracking, and resolution.
  • Escalate issues timely to meet client expectations.
  • Execute processes assigned by management or the client.
  • Meet productivity and quality targets.
  • Report process deficiencies to ensure accurate task execution.
  • Complete projects assigned by the client.
  • Collaborate with teams to finish projects.

Requirements:

  • 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience (email, phone, or chat support).
  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Previous experience in a related field is an advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM applications.
  • Excellent reading comprehension, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills.
  • Able to understand and communicate complex ideas to clients verbally and in writing.
  • Intermediate understanding of common Customer Experience best practices.
