
Client Solutions Specialist

The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. A key aspect of this role is to analyse client operations and develop tailored solutions that drive business growth. Additional responsibilities include delivering projects, leading training sessions, and supporting successful adoption of solutions. The successful candidate must possess exceptional interpersonal skills and be comfortable working with diverse clients. They should also have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage both planned responsibilities and ad hoc work.
Requirements
- A minimum 2 years' experience in B2B account management, client success, or technology consulting (analytics experience a plus).
- Proven track record of managing accounts and delivering solutions that meet client expectations.
- Strong ability to build long-term relationships that foster satisfaction and retention.
- Ability to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling within accounts.
- Capacity to resolve client issues promptly and collaborate with internal teams to prevent recurrence.
