Job Title: Global Immigration Expert

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Global Immigration Expert.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic guidance on immigration compliance service delivery
  • Develop and implement processes for monitoring and controlling Remote products and services for immigration compliance
  • Establish and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless relocation experiences
  • Design and deliver in-house immigration services to improve revenue, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
  • Analyze and prepare visa/work permit applications, ensuring timely submissions and approvals
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration laws and regulations, ensuring ongoing compliance
  • Handle complex client cases, determine when senior review is required, and guide stakeholders to timely resolutions
  • Counsel on travel needs, advise on immigration processes, and act as a point of contact for business travel and sponsorship cases
  • Manage case statuses using case management and billing systems
  • Provide solution-based responses for complex client cases
  • Work autonomously, taking ownership of day-to-day tasks and implementing process improvements through automation and documentation
