Global HCM Consultant Role

The Global HCM Consultant will provide expert-level support for Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) projects, including implementation, configuration, and optimization.

This role is ideal for experienced professionals who possess a deep understanding of Workday HCM functionality and best practices. As a Global HCM Consultant, you will work closely with clients to analyze business requirements and develop tailored solutions to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and implement Workday HCM modules, including core HR, payroll, and benefits administration
  • Provide technical guidance and support to clients on Workday HCM configuration and customization
  • Analyze business requirements and develop strategic recommendations for implementing Workday HCM solutions
  • Develop and deliver training programs to ensure client success with Workday HCM
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in Workday HCM implementation and/or post-production support
  • Active HCM Workday Certification
  • Strong consulting and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple client projects simultaneously
