Job Title

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Global Mobility Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance on all aspects of international assignments, from initial planning to final implementation.

  • Counsel business stakeholders on mobility solutions that balance internal policies and external regulations with flexibility, based on technical expertise and appreciation of business needs.
  • Manage the end-to-end assignment lifecycle as the primary point of contact for assignees on various topics, such as relocation benefits and services, cross-border employment terms and conditions, and expatriate remuneration.
  • Partner with external service providers to deliver fit-for-purpose Global Mobility specialist advice and best-in-class services per policy and vendor agreements.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of global mobility principles and processes to provide effective solutions for the business within the GM framework.
  2. Collaborate with senior stakeholders to manage complex international assignments, ensuring seamless integration of GM operations with other functions.
  3. Lead improvement initiatives and represent the team in global or regional projects, fostering collaboration with team members and driving results-oriented outcomes.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Global Mobility, with a proven track record of managing client and stakeholder relationships and general understanding of in-house GM operations.
  • Deep understanding of Global Mobility principles and processes, including interpretation and application of GM policies, cross-border compliance, and solutions offerings.
  • Excellent English written and oral communication skills, with ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
