We are seeking a highly motivated Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. As a key player in our marketing efforts, you will be responsible for driving new leads and revenue growth through targeted outbound email campaigns.

Job Description

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in lead generation and sales, preferably in digital marketing or agency environments. They will be skilled in A/B testing, prospect list building, and data-driven campaign optimization, as well as confident and persuasive communicators who can work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and execute targeted outbound email campaigns focused on prospects across Europe.
  • Conduct A/B testing and implement personalization strategies to improve email engagement and campaign effectiveness.
  • Utilize tools like Apollo and similar platforms to build precise lead lists and manage outreach pipelines.
  • Schedule meetings between new leads and the sales team to facilitate sales conversations.
  • Keep detailed and up-to-date records of lead interactions, statuses, and communications in CRM systems.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and support paid advertising campaigns by following up with warm leads.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven success in outbound sales or lead generation, preferably in digital marketing or agency environments.
  • Experienced in cold email outreach using tools like Apollo, Lemlist, or Instantly.
  • Skilled in A/B testing, prospect list building, and data-driven campaign optimization.
  • Confident and persuasive communicator, highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
