We are seeking an experienced Telemarketer to join our team in a dynamic and results-driven role. As a Telemarketer, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, identifying new business opportunities, and nurturing leads through effective communication and persuasion.

  • This role involves conducting outbound cold calls to prospective clients to introduce company products/services
  • Generating and qualifying leads through phone calls and other outreach methods
  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities to expand the client base
  • Maintaining accurate records of interactions, leads, and sales activities in the CRM system
  • Following up with leads to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel
  • Achieving daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, leads, and conversions
  • Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies

To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent phone skills, be highly motivated, and possess the ability to work independently. You should also have strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.

You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective lead generation strategies. You will also provide feedback on market trends and customer needs to improve product/service offerings.
