We're seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to join our team.

This role involves coordinating and managing client and care provider schedules using internal scheduling software. You will analyze care needs, provider skills, preferences, and availability to make the best possible match.

  • Engage with care professionals and clients to confirm or adjust assignments.
  • Participate in daily team meetings to address scheduling gaps and optimize processes.
  • Use internal tools (e.g., scheduling systems, MS Teams) to track and communicate schedule changes.
  • Make outbound calls to care professionals to confirm assignments, coordinate shift details, or offer additional work.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in scheduling, coordination, or care management (preferably in healthcare).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficient in—or willing to learn—multiple software platforms (training provided).
  • Strong fluency in spoken and written English.
