We are seeking a skilled professional to manage our cryptocurrency operations remotely. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily tasks, developing strategic plans, and providing exceptional customer support.
About the Role:- Social Media Management: Create engaging content and schedule posts on various platforms to promote our brand and services.
- Paid Advertising: Assist with booking and optimizing digital ads to increase visibility and drive sales.
- Help Desk Support: Provide timely and effective support to customers via email, chat, and social media channels.
- Software Testing: Participate in user testing, report bugs, and suggest improvements for platform updates.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and regulatory changes.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Marketing, IT, Business, or related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in cryptocurrency or blockchain, with familiarity in exchange, trading, or DeFi preferred.
- Excellent written English skills for customer communication and social media.
- Basic knowledge of digital advertising platforms like Facebook Ads and Google Ads.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, social media scheduling, and troubleshooting basic tech issues.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Experience with customer support platforms such as Freshdesk or Zendesk.
- Graphic design or video editing skills using Canva, CapCut, etc.
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing.
