The Receptionist plays a vital role in ensuring that clients and visitors are welcomed in a friendly and professional manner. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your interpersonal skills and provide exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Greet visitors warmly and answer any questions they may have.
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and transfer calls to the appropriate person or department.
- Manage and organize the reception area, including keeping it clean and tidy, and ensuring it is well stocked with necessary supplies.
- Provide information to visitors and clients about the organization's products, services, or policies.
- Schedule appointments and meetings for clients, visitors, and staff.
- Maintain a record of incoming and outgoing mail.
- Keep a record of visitors' attendance.
- Arrange accommodations for clients if necessary.
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
- College level in Hospitality/HRM, or any related field, or equivalent experience.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in computer skills such as Microsoft Office and databases.
