We are looking for Customer Centric and Motivated Individuals who have exceptional customer service skills and passionate in providing a positive customer experience.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Handle clients' inquiries/concerns and booking appointments
  • Responisble for the effective handling and accurate recording of all relephone inquiries.
  • Prepare daily schedules, payment transactions and other administrative tasks assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be a 4-year graduate of Bachelor of Science in Hotel/Restaurant Management, Tourism, or its equivalent from a reputable school/university
  • With at least 1 year related experience as a FRONTLINER IN THE HOTEL INDUSTRY is a plus factor
  • With pleasing LOOKS and PERSONALITY
  • Strong management and coordination skills
  • EXCELLENT interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills
  • Must be willing to work in BGC, Fort and can start ASAP
