Billing Cycle Management Expertise

We are seeking a skilled Senior Invoicing Professional to manage and streamline our invoicing and payment processes. This critical role ensures accurate and timely billing, payment collection, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage billing processes for 40-50 accounts, ensuring all services provided are correctly billed and payments are received.
  • Take full responsibility for the entire invoicing process, from initiation to completion, obtaining and verifying log sheets from clients to ensure accuracy.
  • Collaborate directly with clients to facilitate payment processes, track all payments, and ensure each invoice is paid in a timely manner.
  • Review aging accounts on a weekly basis to identify overdue payments and unpaid invoices, following up with clients or facilities to resolve outstanding balances promptly.
  • Submit a comprehensive weekly report to management summarizing billing activities, outstanding accounts, and resolved issues.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of billing and payment data in Monday.com (or similar project management software).
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years experience in billing, invoicing, or accounts receivable roles.
  • Proven skills in billing, invoicing, or accounts receivable.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks (required), Monday.com (preferred), or similar platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client collaboration.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Familiarity with payment processing systems and financial reporting.
