Job Overview

Our organization is seeking a seasoned Financial Operations Manager to lead the internal finance and accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily financial operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and reconciliations.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely month-end and year-end closing.
  • Prepare and analyze the three core financial statements: income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statement.
  • Establish, monitor, and continuously improve financial control systems to ensure accuracy, compliance, and risk management.
  • Manage vendor invoicing, collections, payroll, and cash flow monitoring.
  • Develop and maintain a rolling 13-week cash flow report to support liquidity management.
  • Build and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and business decision-making.
  • Provide scenario analysis and cash flow projections to stakeholders.
Tax & Compliance
  • Prepare and file corporate tax returns and ensure compliance with applicable tax regulations.
  • Manage tax filings with external advisors when necessary.
  • Liaise with auditors, tax authorities, and external advisors as required.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Professional certification (CPA preferred; ACCA/CA a plus).
  • 5+ years of experience in a senior role within a Big 4 Accounting firm.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP; IFRS knowledge or willingness to learn is an advantage.

  • Strong command of financial reporting, tax compliance, and financial modeling.
  • Understanding of the three core financial statements and their interconnections.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of critical evaluation.
  • Highly organized; able to maintain orderly records and documents.
  • Proactive in identifying and solving problems; initiates process improvements without prompting.
