We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive to support our sales growth across the global region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential leads through online platforms, LinkedIn, and networking.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to execute outreach strategies via emails, calls, and social media.
  • Schedule meetings, demos, and presentations for prospects and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Assist in creating proposals, presentations, and sales documents that effectively communicate our value proposition.
  • Maintain accurate lead information in CRM systems and provide regular updates to the team.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on lead-generation campaigns and leverage data analytics to optimize results.
  • Utilize AI tools to draft personalized outreach messages, conduct research on prospects and industries, prepare summaries, reports, and meeting notes, generate creative ideas for campaigns and pitches, and contribute to achieving team targets and sales pipeline development.
Requirements
  • A degree in Sales or Marketing is mandatory.
  • Prior experience in sales, marketing, or business development is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills in English are required.
  • A high level of energy, eagerness to learn, and a growth mindset are essential.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc. is an advantage.
  • Comfortable using productivity tools such as Google Workspace, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email automation platforms.
  • A basic understanding of Customer Success Management (CSM) principles such as relationship management, client support, and ensuring customer satisfaction is necessary.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup is a must.
