Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented professional to manage and execute digital advertising and e-commerce operations for our innovative products targeting B2C and B2B customers.

Main Responsibilities
  • Digital Advertising:
    • Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns across major platforms including Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok Ads.
    • Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and optimize for maximum efficiency and ROI.
    • Collaborate with the in-house creative specialist to provide feedback on ad performance and request new creative assets.
  • E-commerce Operations:
    • Manage day-to-day operations of our Shopify-based independent e-commerce store.
    • Handle order processing, inventory management, and fulfillment logistics in collaboration with the supply chain team.
    • Implement and manage customer service processes ensuring high-level customer satisfaction.
    • Conduct A/B testing and site optimizations to improve conversion rates and user experience.
  • Expansion:
    • Assist in setting up and managing new sales channels as we expand to platforms like Amazon and TikTok Shop.
    • Stay updated on the latest trends in DTC e-commerce, digital marketing, and consumer electronics market.
    Requirements
    • Proven experience in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns for e-commerce brands.
    • Hands-on experience with Shopify is required.
    • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Ads Manager.
    • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
    • A proactive problem-solving mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
    • Experience with diverse product categories is a plus.
