
Senior Sales Growth Specialist

Lead the charge in driving sales growth and partner success as a key member of our team.
Develop and execute a comprehensive channel sales strategy, focusing on raising awareness, acquiring new customers, and nurturing existing relationships to drive revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement partner programs that deliver exceptional value, encompassing marketing, sales, technical, and partnership management enablement.
- Ensure partners' success in delivering and implementing our products and solutions by providing guidance and support.
- Establish and enforce criteria, processes, and controls for selecting, managing, and evaluating channel partners.
- Forge strong relationships with key stakeholders to accelerate pipeline growth and drive revenue expansion.
- Collaborate with partners to develop tailored business plans with measurable objectives to achieve revenue targets.
- Guarantee that partners conduct business in accordance with our company standards and best practices.
- Participate in regular sales cadences, including Sales Kickoff, Quarterly Business Reviews, and Weekly Forecast calls.
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets through effective planning, execution, and performance monitoring.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Channel Sales Management within the secure gateway space.
- Proven track record of building and managing successful channel partner programs, including enablement and compliance.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts effectively.
- Strong project management skills, with a focus on consensus-building and deliverable-driven results.
- A proven history of achieving consistent over-quota performance and securing top-tier company rankings.
