Key Position:

We are seeking an experienced professional to take on the role of Business Development Manager. This position will play a pivotal part in expanding our local market, particularly in Mindanao.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to drive business growth in the local market, focusing on opportunities in Mindanao.
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing Team to enhance local market visibility and reseller/affiliate program promotion.
  • Identify new local operators in the Mindanao Region, negotiate favorable deals, and maximize revenue generation for the company from existing partners.
Essential Qualifications:
  • A minimum of three years' experience in business development, sales, or data analysis.
  • An online travel industry background, including knowledge of GDS, OTA, Meta Searches, bus/ferry companies, and TMS systems.
  • Strategic thinking, supported by data-driven insights.
  • The ability to drive results and be proactive: close agreements, identify growth opportunities, and find solutions to increase sales.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, as well as fluency in local dialects such as Binisaya and/or Hiligaynon.
